Most Common Questions

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days and are delivered via Australia Post (standard shipping). To find out when your delivery should arrive, enter your suburb or postcode into Australia Post’s Delivery Calculator.

Please choose your item/s carefully as Gym Ready does not offer returns for items where you have changed your mind. This includes returns where you have selected the incorrect size of an item, or where you have ordered the wrong product.

Faulty Returns 

We are happy to offer a return if an item is deemed as faulty. However, this does not apply where the item was damaged due to abnormal use or misuse. The item/s must also be provided to us within a reasonable time with your proof of purchase. You can download a copy of your invoice from your orders.

Gym Ready will offer a 110% store credit, or refund the price you paid for your item if the problem is major (faulty). A major problem is when the item:

  • Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it.
  • Is unsafe.
  • Is significantly different from the sample or description.
  • Doesn’t do what Gym Ready said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

Faulty Returns

All good are inspected before they are delivered to make sure that we provide our customers with products of the highest quality and standard. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us so we can get this sorted for you. Please note that we would need to see photos showing the defect/fault.

The item/s must also be provided to us within a reasonable time with your proof of purchase. You can download a copy of your invoice from your orders. If the item is deemed as faulty, Gym Ready will offer a 110% store credit or refund the price that you paid for your item, back to your original payment method.

You’ll be responsible for the cost of returning any items. Please be sure to use a postal service that provides a tracking number and insures you for the value of the items you are returning.

When delivering into your country, you may be charged for handling fees and/or taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the customer who is receiving the parcel.

Gym Ready has no control over custom duties or taxes and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.

We suggest that you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so that you are not surprised by any charges that you were not expecting.

We may have delivered your items in separate parcels. If this is the case, please double-check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately. If we have packed and divided your order into two parcels for example, you would receive two separate emails with delivery tracking details.

If an item is missing, please fill out the ’email us’ form below. Please include the order number as well as the missing item’s description. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.
